We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant on behalf of our client based in Hertford. They are revolutionising the way aluminium is recycled, through cutting-edge technology and sustainable innovation, they transform end-of-life aluminium into high-value materials, supporting a circular economy and reducing global environmental impact.
What will you be doing:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimising executive productivity, managing critical communications, and coordinating complex schedules and projects across multiple business verticals.
Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring optimal time use
Schedule and confirm high-level internal and external meetings
Proactively prioritise engagements and minimise scheduling conflicts
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly overviews of key commitments
Act as a first point of contact, screening emails, calls, and messages
Represent the CEO at meetings or events when appropriate
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company and external partners
Act as a trusted delegate, communicating the CEO’s expectations clearly and professionally
What you will need:
This is a high-trust role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at a Senior level
